The Transforming Higher Education Systems project is a 5-year, USAID-funded program, implemented by Michigan State University.

The project seeks

1 full-time Finance Assistant.

The Finance Assistant should have the following expertise/ qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Accountancy
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a finance assistant or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of financial management processes, including budgeting, expense tracking, and procurement.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work with accuracy.
