Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data at household level.
  • Check completed work for accuracy.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies.

Qualifications, Experiences and Personal Attributes

  • A bachelor’s degree in either, Early Childhood Development, Education, Social Science, Health & Nutrition, Gender & Development, Community Development, Communication, Monitoring and Evaluation and any other related fields from a recognized college or university.
  • Practical experience in using mobile data collection platforms using a SMART phone or tablet.
  • Must own a SMART phone (Android 8 and above, operating on 2 GB RAM).
  • Honest sober-minded and team player
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in Chichewa and English

  • Team player and good communication skills
  • Self-starter and ability to work in hard-to-reach areas
  • Mature with a good sense of judgement, trusted and familiar with the districts of operations indicated above.
  • Have excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proven track record of taking responsibility and ownership for problems and following them through to resolution
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Optimistic team player
