VISIONS – AREA 10

  1. GRILL – CHEF

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing a variety of grilled dishes such burgers, steaks and chicken.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area, including proper storage and labelling of food items.
  • Follow all the food and safety guidelines, including proper handling and storage of raw meat.
  • Providing excellent customer service.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • M.S.C.E with credits in English and Mathematics
  • Certificate in Professional cookery/ Food & Beverage or Diploma in Hospitality Management

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Ability to work in a fast -paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good time management skills to ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked within specified timeframes
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling, storage and cooking techniques
