Finance & Administration Officer

Flexible Financial Services Limited invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the above position tenable at our Head Office in Blantyre.

Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate shall, among other duties, be responsible for the following:

  • Produce financial statements in accordance with IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Present periodic financial reports for discussion by management and the Board.
  • Coordinate the development of annual budgets.
  • Prepare quarterly business forecasts.
  • Optimize capital and treasury management.
  • Manage the loan portfolio.
  • Coordinate with external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with prevailing taxation laws and regulations.
  • Analyse and manage financial risk
  • Oversee administrative functions of the Company.

Qualifications, experience and skills

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • A minimum of 2 years experience serving in a similar position in a reputable organization.
  • Those with membership to professional bodies and possess relevant Chartered certifications, previous experience working for a micro finance institution and possess a valid driver’s license shall have an added advantage.
