Wealth Products Manager

Location: Position will either be based in Blantyre, Malawi or Ebene, Mauritius;
As the Wealth Products Manager, reporting to the Group Head of Retail and Products, you will be accountable for developing and managing innovative wealth management products and solutions that cater to the diverse needs of clients. This role involves driving product development, managing external partnerships, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and optimizing financial performance within the wealth management segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement tailored banking solutions for offshore and non-resident clients, ensuring compliance with international regulations and enhancing client satisfaction
- Create and oversee a diverse range of investment products, including mutual funds and portfolios, catering to varying client risk profiles and financial goals
- Perform regular market assessments to identify emerging trends and opportunities, informing product development strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration or related field
- Professional certifications in wealth management (e.g., CFA, CFP) are advantageous
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management or banking
- Experience in product development and management within a financial institution
- Financial analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent project management abilities
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
