IT Support Engineer

IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

• Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment such as computers, printers, routers, and switches
• Assist users with troubleshooting technical problems related to computers, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.
• Ensure all Office Computers, Printers and related hardware are running smoothly, with minimal downtime.
• Configuration of Email servers for clients
• Weekly backup of company’s data.

Qualifications

• Advanced Diploma in ICT or Computer Science
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP),
  or equivalent will have an added advantage
• Proven experience in an ICT support or similar role.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in electronics repairs and maintenance.
• Knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP AND SNMP) and operating
  systems.

Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear instructions to non-technical users.
• Capacity to multitask and operate independently.
