BACKGROUND
Rainbow Rights Education and Awareness Limited (RREA) is a Human rights organization established in 2014 and duly incorporated under the Companies Act No. 15 of 2013.

RREAL is a sub-recipient of the FHI360 award, implementing a USAID/PEPFAR-funded EPIC project.

The organization is seeking suitably qualified and interested Malawian citizens to contribute their high level of expertise to the organization and program through the following position

Position 2:         Peer Educators (8)

Work Station:    Blantyre (50% Travel)

Job category:    Fulltime

Period:           Fulltime period: 1-year contract (subject to renewal upon satisfactory yearly performance appraisal outcomes)

Reports to:        Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant

Language(s):   English, Chichewa

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Peer Educator is a full-time job within the framework of RREA. The person will be responsible for collecting and preparing data sources for reporting to the M&E Assistant. They will also execute a data cleaning exercise before submitting it to the M&E Assistant for entry in (DHIS2).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·       Routine Data sources collection from Health facilities in Blantyre;

·       Monthly updating of KPLHIV Tracker and preparing a report on TX_CURR cohort;

·       Assist in entering of KPLHIV Tracker in DHIS 2;

·       Coordinate with program staff on outreach campaigns;

·       Any other duties assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Aspiring applicants should ensure they possess the following;

·       A minimum of MSCE;

·       At least 1 year of relevant professional experience;

·       Excellent communication skills, a strong command of written and verbal English; ability to communicate messages professionally and in an engaging manner;

·       Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritize workload.
