Job Description:

As a Creative & Content Creation Specialist at Tiderise, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that enhance our brand presence across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, blogs, videos, and other digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, design, and business development teams to produce engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development:

  • Create high-quality written content for LinkedIn posts, blog articles, website copy, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
  • Generate creative ideas for content that aligns with our brand strategy and target audience.
  • Research industry trends, news, and insights to produce thought leadership content that positions Tiderise as a leader in our field.

Video Content Creation & Editing:

  • Plan, script, and produce video content for various platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Edit video content to ensure a polished and professional final product, incorporating graphics, animations, and sound as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and to create compelling visual storytelling through video.

Content Calendar Management:

  • Develop and manage a content calendar that outlines key content initiatives, deadlines, and publishing schedules.
  • Coordinate with marketing and social media teams to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content across platforms.

SEO & Analytics:

  • Optimize content for SEO to drive organic traffic and increase visibility on search engines.
  • Monitor content performance through analytics tools and make data-driven adjustments to content strategy to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Collaboration & Brainstorming:

  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to align content with overall marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop new content ideas and campaigns.

Brand Voice & Consistency:

  • Ensure all content is consistent with Tiderise’s brand voice, style, and tone.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and creativity in all content produced.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5-10+ years) in content creation, copywriting, video production, and editing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a portfolio of content examples.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging content.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools (e.g., WordPress, Hootsuite).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
  • Experience in B2B marketing or working with tech, SaaS, or digital marketing companies.
  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track content performance and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in content marketing, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
