- Interested bidders should request for Tender Bid Documents by sending an email to: malawi.tender@concern.net with the Tender Reference Number as the subject of the email. There will be no issuance of hard copies of the Tender Bid Documents.
- Bidders may submit bids for more than one Procurement Category based on their capabilities and specialisation however separate bid forms and supporting documents must be submitted for each
- All bids must be submitted in Plain Sealed Envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Reference Number and Procurement Category, to Concern Worldwide Head Office in Lilongwe (Plot 227, Area 3, Mtunthama Drive).
- All bids must be delivered BY HAND, registered and deposited into the Tender Box at the Reception
- The deadline for submission of the bids is 10:00AM on Tuesday, 20th August 2024.
- Electronic bidding will not be permitted and late bids will be rejected.
- Envelopes not clearly marked, sealed and registered at the Reception shall be disqualified.
- All sealed bids received by the deadline will be opened on Tuesday, 20th August 2024 at 10:30AM
at Concern Worldwide Head Office in Lilongwe (Plot 227, Area 3, Mtunthama Drive) in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. - Concern Worldwide reserves the right to accept or reject any bids and to cancel the prequalification process wholly or in part, at any stage, without giving reason(s) for its decisions.
- Concern Worldwide has a Zero Tolerance policy towards fraud.
