REHABILITATION OF OPERATION THEATRE
NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB)
DATE OF ISSUE: 26th July, 2024.

1. Nkhata Bay District Council has budgeted Public Funds to be used for the Rehabilitation of Chintheche Operation Theatre and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Rehabilitation of the Works below.

2. The District Council is therefore invites sealed bids from interested eligible Bidders to execute the Works as stated in the table below.

4. Bidding will be done in accordance with the National Competitive Bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2017.

5. Eligible interested bidders may obtain and inspect Bidding Documents in the Procurement Unit at the address given below (9a) from 08:00 to 12:00 pm and from 14:00pm to 16:00pm except on public holidays. For more clarification call: 0999 42 88 21.

6. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be collected at the address shown in (9) upon payment of MK20,000.00 cash non-refundable fee in the cashier’s office at the address given at (9b) except on public holidays.

7. Bids clearly sealed and marked “Name of Procurement, Reference Number and also Lot No should be deposited in a Tender Box at Nkhata Bay District Council Chamber at the address given at (9c). Bids should be accompanied by a bid securing declaration form on or before 26th August, 2024 14.00 hours local time. Late bids will be rejected. For more clarifications, Call: 0999 42 88 21
